I think you should change your name to "are we there yet".
I've looked back through many of you posts about LYC and all you ever seem to ask is "are we there yet"?
This is surprising to me as you continually advise that you have no sentiment towards LYC, nor do you hold any stock.
No one on this forum knows when the Licence will be decided upon. The politicians in Malaysia will make the anouncement when it is politically suitable to them.
If anyone does know when the decision is to be made, they wouldn't be telling the likes of you and me about it.
So get back into the back seat of the car, put your seat belt on and stop asking "are we there yet" you knobjockey.
