Good on you Dave.If Hot Copper members didn't have a "rant" the community would be none the wiser about the general feel about companies performance.
And as for a letter to ASIC I wouldn't bother unless you
are a corporations laywer.I am not and I would't know if what was done was illegal or not.
Even at the EGM with both sides legally represented there were differences of opinion from the laywers.
However I have strong suspicions that the share issue prior to the EGM is but one of a number of issues that ASIC are looking at.
I agree that the so called performance shares should be cancelled if they can.
To call the drop in share price,dilution of stock and errors in trial dosing (to name a few), "performance " appears to be a fraud.
I think your vote at the AGM will far outweigh a letter to ASIC.
