if the IER is finished, and the directors know of the outcome, then how do they justify that they are complying with their continuous disclosure obligations?
can you think of ANYTHING more price sensitive than the determination of the fair value ascribed to the BOW sp?
anyone who is trading now in BOW shares are doing so in an ill-informed market.
even hiding the name of the IE is breaching the disclosure rule imho.
as usual, the s/h are treated like mushrooms.
