"The days of buy and hold type of strategy are no longer effective for investors".
I mentioned this not long time ago and since then COH had powered to $60 and subsequently dropped $7 in just 6 trading sessions. I wonder how many long term 'buy and hold' investors could comfortably sit through this. In this current environment, either ride the wave or stay on the sideline. Money management is a critical factor in this game, I simply could not comprehend my stock drops $7 in just 6 trading days and I sit there, do nothing.
