It's a very fluid situation. If the price strengthens, it could strengthen much more on expectation Lion's 1.9c bid will get few acceptances and have to be increased. But if price decreases, it could decrease more on fear bid may be withdrawn and results poor.
So Roy's bipolar forecasting not completely crazy. 3c or <1c - take your pick.
