Nothing being communicated has been intuitive whatsoever.

Monopoly - I had one (only one thankfully) position open, and was told that all ASX equity positions had been closed, and based on an 'average' price. No one could tell me at the time what the price would be or when exactly it was closed. I still don't know.

I was vacationing in the Caribbean when this went down, so I didn't have access to anything until I went on Iress at the airport to freak out to a negative GLV. Certainly not in my investment plan to think my broker would fold...
