If you looking at the history of how this came about starting from Petroquest, the bottom bros's Seypac and $150k to take over a free permit that was idled for 3 years, a lease where at least 2 majors did not pursued. WHN is either the luckiest company on earth or the magician of the oil exploration world if they will indeed get someone to pay the current MC of $75million.
