Secondly, it doesn't matter how you spin what's happening now, what happened in the past, or what's 'gonna' happen, the fact is that these guys are showing time and time again that they don't know how to run a company. It doesn't matter what they say in a conference call, because its not enforceable on them. Remember when they told you guys that any fund raising wouldn't be diluting shareholders? Don't trust them!

If they have such faith in their promises, why don't they put them in writing rather than in a flimsy conference call?
