CFE is generally quite astute when it comes to investing and generating returns to shareholders.
I would imagine that TS has done his due diligence when he decided to hold 15% of LRS...
The Guadalupito project wasn't even the main focus of LRS but has now become an easy way to attain early cash flow which could then fund the other primary exploration targets.
I think we may have a little bit of a hidden gem here...
Phho, keep in mind some people would do anything to try to get in at a lower price... :)
