Request for Trading Halt
Norwest (ASX:NWE) hereby requests that a trading halt be placed on its securities
pending the release of an announcement in relation to a proposed material capital raising.
It is requested that ASX have the trading halt continue until the opening of trading on 10
November 2011 unless it is advised to lift the trading halt before that time. At that time the
Company will be able to provide details of the capital raising. It is material to Norwest that
the Trading Halt be granted so that the capital raising can be progressed.
Norwest is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any
other information available at this stage that is relevant to the trading halt.
