    I can speak from experience. Their are many investors on sidelines or willing to increase holdings if PNO announce something significant in the future. Its a great story and OBJ investors will come across, LTers will increase holdings, etc. PNO can run very fast once things align. Don't know when though.

    I have cash on the sidelines waiting for a buy signal. I've got enough at cheap prices. Im now waiting for lower risk and will pay more when that time comes.
