Have to agree consolidation does not improve the sp, in my experience quite the reverse.
Mgmt should continue to focus on delivering results, and not look for window dressing options to try and cover up the poor sp (if they are thinking of consolidation).
Am I right in recalling that some years back FMG greatly increased their number of shares on issue, to get liquidity in the stock?
