    No your understanding is correct GiddyYup. No license required for the conventional weapons.

    I don't think they have any intentions of letting us lose with the tech, license or not!

    Clearly the shareholder event is aligned with the rights issue and is a marketing pitch. Nevertheless I think its a very innovative way of doing so and a good move at this critical time.
