I'm no chartist but I'll take a guess - cup and handle formations usually turn upwards so at least 44c. That leg up might be the third wave of five according to Elliott Wave theory and should be at least as long as the first wave so maybe even a bit higher than 44c.
Just a novice so really have no idea.
