I think Ingram having over a million dollars worth is what you would call a huge chunk of shares.
Are your friends aware of what points Ingram has raised? If so I find it difficult to believe that they would be laughing at whats been said if they had "said" huge chunks.

I do however agree Saunders and Stokes wont be going anywhere as in my dealings with another company(which I wont quote) a few years back you find people like this have friends to accumulate enough vote power to stay where they are or to assist them in voting their ideas well thats the way it seems.

Thats now 2 companies (possibly soon to be 3) I have been playing poker at a table where someone is holding the aces under the table.
