How does the voting system work?
Do directors also get to cast there votes?
Are votes that aren't made classed as yes votes??
e.g. if there were only 100 shares or votes and 26 voted no and 24 voted yes and 50 didn't vote would the no's win????
It would seem unlikely that even the large share holders would want more dilution????
