Those opposed to addressing long term environmental sustainability / addressing global warming have been unable to progress their case beyond creating a powerful, self-serving, reactionary environment of myopic hysteria. So much for the other 6 steps in managing transformational, organisational change [p61 of Kotter's publication below].
