If it is from the AGM votes, then that had nothing to do with grounding the planes the next day.
Joyce kept that information from us shareholders.
The FWA judgement was based on the Qantas action, not the workers action.
The only industrial action at the time was pilots wearing red ties, not exactly what you would call major industrial action.
Joyce made a big mistake in the way he treated Qantas customers, he destroyed customer loyalty, customer confidence and the Qantas brand.
Congratulations Joyce for doing more damage to Qantas than anyone else in living memory.
