Skipper, I wasnt implying that Warren Buffett would look to invest in a stock like PEK. I was simply applying the principle of finding a stock like PEK that is out of favour but has solid growth potential.
The due dilligence isnt complete as Shimmer mentioned so CR hasnt been confirmed to the market. This imo is currently providing an opportunity for savy investors while the market lacks appreciation for PEK's fundamentals and growth potential.
CR wont be a problem for PEK as management have negotiated a good deal for share holders in acquiring Zari and their 20% of Ngualla. The future funding opportunities of the project that 100% control offers PEK will be a significant growth catalyst for the company going forward.
PEK wont stay in the 30's for too much longer imo as we move closer to the JORC, recieve more results and see world markets settle down, as they appear to be doing.
All in all a good time to be buying PEK if you ask me.
