These sellers will dry up… as people who continue to buy, and the SP slightly falls, there will be an increase in the average FNT holder sitting on a loss. This will mean more will begin to be less inclined to sell (more for holders with a medium to long term view). Lets not forget that there would still be a few holders who would still be in multibag territory thus sitting on a healthy profit. But, as we are seeing, as the SP falls due to the distribution of these guys now exiting the market, our consolidated base for the next leg up has now increased, from say 5c about 52 weeks ago, to say 13c minimum. Is healthy to an extent for the next leg up.
Yes meerkat, I don’t like seeing the SP fall and im not making excuses, but making sense of what others have stated, and I agree that the SP is in distribution mode. Less will distribute as the SP falls and as news starts rolling in, our new consolidated base would have been set.
i am in no way worried about this. If we take our cash position from the market cap, FNT is valued at 30m!? and we have all these projects on the go with massive potential. silly if u ask me.
