Fastenyourseatblt, I believe your well intentioned comment is not right. An adverse decision will impact PLA.
My reading of the announcment is that PLA has paid ZAR13 million (say around $2 million ) for 30% and is funding a feasibility study on Portion 2 of Rooderand. (See the last quarterley report) This is an important project to PLA and is market sensitive. If Alta loose the licence then PLA's payment and its time and costs spent up Rooderand are lost unless it can recoup them from Alta. I wonder if PLA did its due diligence regarding exploration title before entering into the agreement with Alta. If anyone has different, factual, unemotional view I'd love to read it.
