if standard samples (which you know have a certain value)are slipped into the lab with the exploration samples, you have an independent check as to the accuracy of the results. This type of standard work and normal due dilligence identifies any issues and in this case has obviously not been completed. These procedures will not prevent the false report, but will identify the false assays. Simple. Do you understand this "logic"

In my opinion you do not understand the procedures and you are misled through your own ignorance.
