Much appreciated ooaahhh99. Your post sounds logical and I guess this means more patience is required. If nothing happens by the end of the week, I assume the company will need to inform the market again of the status of FNT, as effectively, the EGM if its held will be moving from early January to mid January.
If FNT does not proceed, what is the future of the company? There are plenty of shares on issue and the current business isnt exactly going that flash. Is the current market price an accurate reflection of ATCs price ex FNT?
