MTI you're obviously desperate.
The banks wouldn't lend to ERA so they've hit the shareholders for more money. ERA assets require repair, hence the cap raising. If the Deeps exploration fails then the mine will close and all the assets will be zero. There are many "ifs" about ERA, particularly the quality of management.
