the most successful investor I have met personally actually uses a tool like this.

he designed a program - which I can't get for love nor money.

Where he plots a few things --

price, earnings, projected earnings and a couple of other things.
(project earnings is the one I have trouble with - stockdoctor does the rest - graphically, but it only does proj. earnings in numbers.)

he dd's the one's that show a diversion between price and projected earnings.

fml has a massive divergence at present and has been showing that way for quite a while now.

A divergence if accurate or even remotely accurate 'cannot' persist.

I have said many times that fml's time isn't now - at least I last said it back a while.

I also said it would be next year and at least 13 - even if earnings growth comes back a bit in 13 - it will be coming back from massive growth of 12.

And tailspin - we are talking about earnings, not revenue.

If (IF) the wheels don't fall off - ie. pog behaves, god does't send any earthquakes to coolgardie, sharks circle, or we have massive cost blowouts (not development - but normal running costs) --------- then the earnings growth MUST be huge - it is unstoppable.

What we do with that cash is a different kettle of fish - and what we plan to do to reward shareholders is a different kettle also - that is why it is so important to know about our plans for the future - even if they are only intentions.
