Metals all go through surplus/deficit supply cycles. But these cycles are not nearly as important as where you sit on the production cost line relative to competitors.
There will always be demand. The low cost producers will, unless Chicken Little is correct, always have markets for their output.
Plus, and I can't emphasis this enough, the Chinese want to control the supply side of feedstocks to their manufacturing industries.
This all bodes well for SARCO and therefore ORD.
