The Ceasing to be a Substantial Shareholder notification was necessary as the action group is no longer a substantial shareholder group given that Warren Brown who was part of the group is now on the board and they therefore hold less than the required 5% of the company. It's just a technicality - they are continuing the campaign as the CBio Shareholder Action Group.

I have heard nothing re the board meeting and suspect we won't hear anything until Friday.
