You might want to refer to the prospectus which suggest the promissory note will most likely start getting paid down if they exceed the USD 2 million:

They may defer for reclassification purposes (short term vs long term) but payments have a great chance of being remitted especially after the $10/ increase.

13.4 Promissory Notes

on 31 March 2010 the promissory noteholders agreed to extend the maturity date of the promissory notes from 1 november 2010 to 1 november 2011.
Maverick also agreed to begin repaying a portion of the liability under the promissory notes to the extent that short term deposits and cash at bank (excluding any proceeds raised under this prospectus) generated from operating revenue derived in the ordinary course
of business exceeds USD 2 million. the Directors may suspend repayments on the promissory notes where Maverick anticipates future liabilities or opportunities.
