unsecured note holders position?, page-2

Thats the million dollar question CJS. We haven't yet been asked to vote on the change to the terms of the notes as for some reason it wasn't put forward for voting in this meeting but is rather been hold over for a special meeting to be hold after this one. It will be interesting to see if the changes proposed for unsecured notes are the same as the secured notes.
