Well it appears some need convincing :)

The question that I think Tewks asked best is can we reconstruct what is in place to make it better. His point regarding the option like strike price for the directors sharesbeing too low has credibility I think.

Not sure if having a different view to you and asking for a reasonable basis for argument and based on real facts makes me a ramper but trying to discredit anothers argument through such emotive terms is an old strategy.

BTW I do think it is worth reading your quote as there are some good points in it. It shouldn't mean you trash all management options but make sure they are well constructed
