So they ann a record date that is prior to release date for the SSP how does this entice more holders? ????? they want to raise more money for exp.ing, NHC will participate to maintain their 19%,so does this indicate a consolidation as well in a few months ? I know NHC will have a lot of cash at the moment to spread about and they like to OWN more than less of their assets. I would like some feedback on the logic of this raising.. markets is shaky,price is shite,where they are loooking has a huge P.R. problem......last cap raise I looked at was for DTE I did not participate and eneded up buying more at a cheaper price two weeks later. Nhc has 19% over there as well ???/confused as a Rabbi in a brothel
