Thanks Hansel4 for the clarification , Gustie as a long term shareholder it disgusts me that current management signed this off, your comments will not solve the problems long term by having this issue swept under the carpet.
If we let management get off lighlty on this transaction , they will do it again but if we make a stand and question there action in depth then they will think twice next time.
