The chef base concept is decades old and is a proven platform, which is why I bought it. But the attachments are expensive. The juicer attachment alone cost more that a stand alone Kenwood food processor.
But what is the real difference between liquidising vegies and extracting the juice?. The FP250 cannot extract the pulp can it? Is that an issue - is the result sludgy?
