The company has 60 days to call an AGM. Its irrelevant because the offer closes on the 22nd Dec so in terms of what is happening nothing changes. ADE will still come out with their planned price evaluation of their assets,
BPT will continue to give their running commentary on the uptake by ADE shareholders.
How this plays out for an increase in the offer will depend on the s/h views towards the valuation presented to them, they either will hold off selling thus seeing a decline in the daily percentages or make the decision to sell.
Its their shares and its their call as it should be, as a shareholder you do your research and analysis with the known facts and then make a judgment call thats what we do as investors.
