Meerkat,
If NMDC want to dilute us and take control of the project, why not just stump up another $10m out of their $4bn cash reserves and take us all out.
Why much around with getting a major stake?
Why not go for the whole company?
I dont understand your logic if you think they arent going to work with us?
Why would you take 50% and have to put up with complaining shareholders who can still vote down anything you want to do?
Under the corporations Act, NMDC wont be able to vote on anything that goes to itself like shares etc once it is on board, so the remaining shareholders can hold NDMC to ranson.
Why put yourself through that, when for an extra $10m you can take them all out.
Clearly they want to do something together.
