imo the positives out weigh the negatives by a long shot , what else would lcy do without a partner like nmdc , add another 3 bil shares to our register just like haw , every body has a choice if they are not happy with the deal , sell your shares , also the top 20 shareholders own 55% of the company and i think all of them will vote yes and at least 30% of everybody else will do the same , imo i will be very very happy in 6 months
