Kat you crack me up. Dilution are you guys kidding...have a look at what sort of returns the Co stands to make on MT Bevan and MAK JV alone. Read the EGM properely and see the Co is telling you that further dilution will be kept to a minimum because we now have access to debt equity facilities.
Cap, Advisor and Cal you have nailed it I couldn't care who LCY was owned by and how many shares were on issue so long as we have a multi levelled Co running several projects simultaneously that earn us dividends. Everything LCY has said in recent ann's looks like coming to fruition.
