Although I should not be disclosing my personal position I can tell you that I have buy orders for ROC @ $0.28 (were not quite filled yesterday which is a shame as on Monday it is unlikely with world markets being very green) and sell orders @ $0.295. None of those orders are "fake" and can be knocked out within seconds of someone pressing the trigger. The volumes are just low so moving stock can be challenging with a stock like this.

A decent Dec Quarterly and H2 result could see ROC move well past the mid 30's in IMO.
