Would be an interesting legal question to see whether he could be shot down on the basis of conflict of interest in the discharge of his director's duties.
That is, that his extensive director's workload elswhere conflicts with his abilty to properly discharge his duties to SBL shareholders.
Time this type of director gets shot down IMO.
