plenty of stuff on the net about detox with juices but a 'water' detox has been around a long long time - makes sense as we wash and rinse everything else with water to 'cleanse'

if the machine does a good job, the pulp should be quite dry - it should be a good additive for adding bulk and fibre to soups etc - haven't tried it yet but it could also be a base for patties and the like

apart from the mulch patch benefitting greatly, have also mixed it in with wet pet food as veg is also good for them, but cats, for eg should not be given things like beetroot

i used to occassionally drink bottled tomato juices, but you can simply copy their ingredients and do it yourself - that way, you know exactly what you're getting
