Not only will ILF go closer to NTA but NTA is undervalued.
Each village and its respective valuation is public information. I have visited a number of their villages and can say the book value is significantly lower than the market value, this has been confirmed every time they sold a village they sold it on average 20% above book value, and by the way they has been selling the poor ones and not the good ones.
In addition dividends are coming our way.
In summary:
NTA as high as mid 30s
Debt lower
Interest lower
All the ducks are lining up in our favour.
Not out of the question for NTA to go to 35c and the stock price to narrow the discount to NTA to say 20% therefore we could see 30c in the coming months.
