I have no problem calling it a loan, because 12% is payable on the principal, but 18% is not the effective rate, refer to my post on SS.
If you want to sprook about $850k of shares being issued over 16 months go for it ! It sure as hell beats 5.5 million shares issued at a 12% discount in one hit with BQT ;-)
Now lets look at the fall in price and volume.
I agree there has been little demand, but it's not what you would call mass selling is it.

There is more than the Techno deal in the pipe line.
There is more than enough cash to survive.
When it comes to Revenue-cash-large shareholders-market cap-& diversity SKG walks all over BQT.
June and July will be big months for Skynetglobal, and I see the price being around $1.60 to $2.00. by years end.
