    gassed,

You failed to answer my question and challenge. Now you are changing the subject altogether, and try to find something to hang your hat on.

As for you hoping that BPT will do the right thing by the ADE shareholders, I would hope not.

The reason that I am saying this is because of what I have copied and pasted below.

Please you and al the current BPT promoters speculating that BPT is our saviour, have a good thorough read of it, and then, with a clean mind of course, come back to us.

    Here it goes:

I have robbed this from another poster on a different thread and thought it was worth saving and bringing it up here. "mreye2"

" Why is a Takeover preferable to a Scheme of Arrangements?

    Reason #1

"Just keep in mind the Portman takeover by Cleveland.

$3.40 went to $3.85, 3 years later they had to pay $21.50 to get the last 15%."

"CLEVELAND Cliffs has launched a bid to buy the 14.81 per cent of Portman it doesn't already own, in a $560 million deal.

Cleveland Cliffs, the largest iron ore producer in the US, is offering $21.50 a share for the 14.81 per cent of shares in Portman (ASX: PMM) it doesn't already own.

“The offer provides a straightforward cash exit for Portman shareholders and accepting shareholders will not incur brokerage or stamp duty charges,” Cleveland Cliffs chairman Joseph Carrabba said in a statement.

Cleveland Cliffs launched its initial takeover of Portman, Australia's third largest iron ore producer, in 2005 and fell short of the 90 per cent threshold required to compulsorily acquire the company.

The US-group had offered $3.40 cash for each share before increasing the bid to $3.85, valuing Portman at about $675 million. "

    End of quote.

Now gassed et all, could the same thing happen here ?? I know what you will be saying, but, as the saying goes, "until there is life, there is hope". And until the Board will tell me to sell, I will continue to hold unless something will happen to force me to.

No one can say that it will happen again, and neither can you or I. But, if that happened before, chances are that it can happen again. DYOR.

    Good luck mate.
