amd--not sure if portfolio updates are appropriate---however i have seen some truly remarkable(low) prices for property paid lately--prices which go back to early nineties.
you see the 50--70% price reductions are happening here and now for those prepared to be in the market as opposed to those who come on here and talk themselves up and pretend how clever they are.
