Either way it seems shareholders will be diluted. Necessary for the company's future to raise cash but I sidelined my capital last week for this very reason. Waiting for the news and possible re-entry. The half glass full case is that if sufficient cash is raised that it looks likely PEK can fund its own ops without another raising, the market will likely start showing more interest in its shares. IMO.
