That may be so Dee, but I would hope that they havent panicked.
I see the possibility of a cornerstone investor coming into play pre JORC only if they can value add to the future of PEK through financing via a partnership or an offtake agreement.
I cant see management taking funds pre JORC from one investor or group unless they bring something significant to the table. Wouldnt make sense as JORC is only a few months away and for this reason I think that it wont be above and beyond funds required for Zari.
Rasiing funds from a cornerstone investor now may be an inticement as part of an agreement to partner PEK in the future.
