This is the strangest stock I have ever owned. How do 20 million shares change hands without the sp getting anywhere? There is no bad news that I can find, and I can't imagine long-term holders selling out at these levels when a rerating is more possible than ever. Very good news out over the weekend, so I think there is a concerted effort to keep the price as low as possible.
