what is the normal scenario and attributes of a SPP???
i have a general idea of SPP.
discussion about SPP was raised during the summer on hotcopper by some contributors, but no one brought it up on hotcopper in the interim.
CAN'T DO ANYTHING UNTIL THE ANNOUNCEMENT AND THE HALT IS OVER ANYWAY . THE IDEA THAT IT IS A SPP IS A POSITIVE I THINK AND LOGICAL EXPECTATION.
