If it's short terming working cap constraints, then I would prefer some sort of debt financing arrangment. If our CEO cant even arrange that given his background then there is some major issues. Otherwise, I am not too concerned about the liquidity constraint given the last preso indicated the firm had circa 75mil in capacity (cash + facility) with 45mil of capex needed to finish the construction. If you add 10mil of additional capex + 10mil of additional working cap then that leaves approximately 8mil of capacity. This is obviously not enough but hopefully it wont be too hard to get a 20mil short term facility somewhere.
