In regards to the CR we have to trust in fact that management have always acted in SH's interest in the past and that this time will be no different.
It may be that all will not be revealed on Wed about the strategy behind this CR if it happens to be with a Canadian broker. The decision to raise funds in Canada, should this occur, may become clearer post JORC.
All speculation until we get an announcement.
